My Philosophy

I think that everyone is struggling in some manner with mental health. I want to help these types of people who are specifically dealing with mental health issue in underdeveloped communities, where they do not have access to proper healthcare. My mission is to provide the homeless with simple everyday actions that will enhance their mental well-being.

My Services

I offer a group chat in which I provide messages about different strategies to enhance your mental well-being. Some examples include doing specific exercises, engaging in meditation, and using breathing techniques to relax your body.  

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being present and aware in the moment. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and promote overall well-being.
